Do I need to be at a certain fitness level before starting personal training?

Not at all! Personal training is tailored to your individual starting point, whether you’re completely new to the gym or already have experience. Your trainer will design a program that matches your goals, abilities, and fitness level.

How often should I do personal training sessions?

This depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Many clients train 1-3 times per week, but your trainer can help recommend a frequency that works best for you based on your needs and progress.

Can I train with a friend or partner?

Some trainers offer small group or partner training, so you can train with a friend while still receiving expert guidance. Availability depends on the trainer, so it’s best to check with them directly. We can go through this during your consultation.

What if I have an injury or specific condition—can I still do personal training?

Yes! Many of our trainers have experience working with injuries and can modify sessions to suit your needs. If you have a specific condition, let your trainer know so they can tailor your program safely and effectively.
